banana chocolate cookies

ingredients
For 10 cookies, you will need:
⊹ 8 tablespoons (1/2 cup) butter, melted and slightly cooled
⊹ 3 tablespoons white sugar
⊹ 6 tablespoons brown sugar
⊹ 90g of ripe banana
⊹ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⊹ 200g all-purpose or whole wheat flour
⊹ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda/baking powder
⊹ 1/3 cup of chocolate chunk
⊹ a dash of salt
⊹ optional: sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
instructions
Melt the butter and let it cool for before mixing in sugar, vanilla extract.
Whisk until well-dissolve.
Sift together the flour and baking soda into the batter with a dash of salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
ROUGHLY mix them together. If you are mixing them too hard, it will form gluten and our cookies will be cakey.
Fold in the chocolate chunk.
Chill the dough in the fridge overnight or at least 1 hour.
Scoop them out (50-55g each) and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Take them out in room temperature for at least 15 minutes while preheating the oven to 350F
Bake for 12-15 mins.
Let the cookies chill on the rack for 5-10 mins and ENJOY ⋆ ˚。⋆୨୧˚
