Chocolate Chunk Cookies

ingredients


For 12 cookies, you will need:

⊹ 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and browned

⊹ 2 tablespoons white sugar

⊹ 2 tablespoons brown sugar

⊹ 1 large egg

⊹ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⊹ 1 /2 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour

⊹ 1/4 tablespoon baking soda/baking powder

⊹ 1/3 cup of chocolate chunk

⊹ a dash of salt

⊹ a dash of ground cinnamon

⊹ a dash of coffee powder


instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet or aluminum foil.

  2. Melt the butter until golden brown.

  3. In a medium bowl, put the sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and butter together and whisk until well-dissolve.

  4. Whisk together the flour, salt, cinnamon, coffee powder, and baking soda in a separate bowl.

  5. Put the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients (preferable sift them through for smooth batter) and then mix.

  6. Fold in the chocolate chunk.

  7. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.

  8. Scoop them out and bake for 10-12 mins.
